Booking process and contract service
The reservation process is as follows:
Send an email requesting a quote according to your needs.
Read and understand the conditions of the Charter.
Finalize the dates and extras and complete personal information as required.
Confirm the Data reservation.
Pay 50% of the value of the Charter of the boat or the part that report (depending on the time remaining for the service).
Obtain the final confirmation of the service which has accepted the reservation and obtain the contract.
Make the outstanding payment (if applicable) on the dates indicated.
Upon receipt of the service, the customer will be asked detailed assessment of the service received, in order to publish them so that other users can make a more informed hiring.

that is why we present our cancellation policy
1. Policy cancellation due to bad weather
No money back due to weather conditions
In case of bad weather closed port will be offered alternative activities and make use of the boat as accommodation
2. Policy cancellation by the customer
In the event that the customer by circumstances whatsoever, including force majeure, could not hold the tour contract, or the weekly rent, lose all the quantities delivered, except to warn with a period in excess;
Cancellations before 60 days from the date of departure of the vessel: a penalty of 50% of the value of the lease.
Cancellations between 30 and 60 days after the departure of the vessel: a penalty of 75% of the value of the lease.
Cancellations less than 30 days before the departure of the boat: penalty of 100% of the value of the lease.
To process the cancellation, you will be charged $ 200 usd for expenses customer management.
